Video production and deferred broadcasting

What is it about?
Depending on your needs, we produce video content or pre-record your event, training or information session. This content will make your live event more attractive. It can either be integrated into your hybrid events in the form of vignettes, or broadcast as a delayed version, as if it were live content. This solution can be very useful if there is no interaction with your audience, who will not notice any difference.

How does a video live streaming work?
1. Project breefing
At an initial meeting, our team learns more about your goals and vision for the project. We also take the opportunity to outline the entire production process and recommend materials that will meet your specific needs. When everything is clear to you, we will gather all the graphic elements that will be used in the livestream: visuals, logos, videos, music…
2. Location scouting
During the scouting process, we focus specifically on the design of your show. We review all the possible configurations of your venue and, once the ideal location is validated, we advise you on the layout of the equipment, sets or backgrounds. Finally, we carry out a bandwidth test with WIFI or ethernet cable.
3. Presentation of the different video contents
We show you all the visual elements that have been developed and are finally assembled: the different camera views that are planned, the graphic elements, the video clips and the music tracks needed for your production. Of course, we gather your comments and make any necessary adjustments.
4. Pre-event rehearsal
On the day of your livestream, we schedule a rehearsal in which we test all the technical elements of your broadcast and integrate the graphic elements that have been prepared earlier (audio, graphic, video and music signals). When everything is technically ready, we move on to the final rehearsal. In order to make your hybrid events or webinars as smooth as possible, we also make any necessary changes to the script or other general comments before streaming live.
5. Live broadcast of the event
Let’s get started! Our team, which is installed on site or remotely, makes sure that all the technical aspects of your event run smoothly. We also monitor the quality of the broadcast in real time. As for you, all you have to do is provide the visual content to your audience.
6. Post-event
When the first livestream is done, the next ones are always much easier! Indeed, all the next rehearsals and technical checks are a lot quicker and your presence in front of the camera will look much more natural and fluid.
