1. Where can we film a video live streaming
A live event can be filmed and broadcast from any location with a good internet connection. That’s why, before each livestream, we come and test your connection to make sure everything is working properly on the day of the event.
This means that whether it’s an office, a studio, a theatre or an outdoor shoot, we will always be able to stream your event properly.
In the event that the internet connection is poor or unavailable (e.g. 4G coverage is non-existent), we can always shoot your event and broadcast it later on the internet (this is called “deferred”). Of course, this type of broadcasting is more appropriate for some content than for others, but in most cases the audience never notices the difference.
2. Speakers cannot come to the event. What to do?
It is often the case that a live event involves a guest who is at a remote location.
The good news is that we also provide this type of service! We’ll make sure your remote guests have the tools and support they need to join your event, easily and without interrupting your livestream.
3. Are there any tests planned before the livestream?
Of course! The 3 rules of livestreaming are clear:
Before each broadcast, we therefore carry out several test steps. As soon as the filming is confirmed, we do a location scout and test the internet speed.
Then, a few days before the event, we test the video streams with all the configuration we plan for your event.
Finally, the day before (or the same morning, depending on the schedule), we carry out a full test at your event location. This test combines all of the video content with the technical features of the equipment.
4. My event is cancelled. What can we do?
If your livestream is cancelled, we’ll be there to help you reschedule and get it up and running as quickly as possible, so you can keep your audience engaged.
5. How much does a livestream cost?
We already offer a starter pack from 830€ (ex-VAT), ideal to broadcast a conference or a presentation in all simplicity when some of your guests cannot attend. This pack already includes 3 hours of broadcasting on the internet, the capture with 2 cameras and 1 microphones and the broadcasting of a Powerpoint presentation. Do not hesitate to contact us to adapt or add new features.
6. What are your working hours?
Prices are based on a 9 hour day, including set up, rehearsal and breaks.
Any large events (e.g. hybrid events) starting before 10am must be set up and tested the day before.
7. My live show must be a success! How can this be done?
Success is undoubtedly the result of preparation. Only a company with professional equipment and solutions can do this. Thanks to this preparation, your event will be broadcast live, but it will look like a pre-recorded video with all the details thought out. This is how we determine the success of a livestream.

The best platform is where your audience is! If the majority of your audience is on Facebook, switch to Facebook Live. If you have an engaged audience on LinkedIn, launch your video on LinkedIn. Whether it’s a hybrid event or not, we can deliver your content on all relevant social media platforms. You can find more details here.
2. Is a live stream compatible with tablets and mobiles?
A live stream is always optimised for mobile devices and tablets (as long as they have an internet connection…). And our customised website solutions are always responsive. A live stream is therefore fully compatible with the technical characteristics of such devices.
3. Can we integrate social networks into a live event?
We can easily integrate Twitter and Facebook feeds into your broadcast and we can also add a public chat function.
4. What Internet connection is required to view a live event?
We recommend that you view the livestreams from a wired connection with a download speed of at least 5Mbps. If the event producer is sending the stream at a higher bit rate, you will need a faster connection.
To test your speed, go to the dedicated Google page. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on Wi-Fi and mobile internet), so it is recommended to perform several tests.
As a general rule, your download bandwidth should be higher than the bit rate of the event you are trying to watch.
5. What about connection cuts?
Service interruptions during livestreams are very rare, but they can still happen. That’s why we believe that the preparation of our team gives us the best chance of success.
We always test the speed of your internet connection (Wifi or Ethernet) and make sure we can resolve potential problems before they occur.
Finally, during the broadcast of your event, our team constantly monitors the stability of that connection to ensure that no interruptions occur.
